This page will teach you how to learn the basics of normal psionics, but also of Aerokinesis, Hydrokinesis, Electrokinesis, Psychokinesis and Cryokinesis.
-Basic Psionics-
This is actually quite easy and probably the fastest to learn.
First off, Close your eyes and optionally turn on a relaxing meditation music.
Then, try visualizing yourself surrounded by energy, energy can be seen in many forms, some see them as shiny glowing orbs. some see it as lines of shiny liquidy stuff and so on.
So, I'll give a sort of example ; I'm imagining myself in a totally black area, glowing orbs come into my body and I am getting 'charged' with energy.
Once you think you have enough, or either feel that your good to go, cup your hands as if you were holding a ball.
Now, Visualize the energy that is currently in your body, flowing out through your arms and between your hand palms, forming a ball, if the 'Psi-Ball' has a certain amount of energy, or exceeds that amount of energy, you should fele either warmth, cold or a magnetic feeling.
Don't be scared, That's what it's supposed to feel.
Now visualize the ball getting very stable and dense, visualize it encircled in white rings, or a hard outer layer, this is called Densing Out.
There you go, You have made your very own Psi-Ball!
-Basic Cryokinesis-
First off, Make a Psi Ball, as you learned before by reading what's above this text.
Be aware that, When making the Psi Ball, This time you should visualize yourself into a very cold area, and visualize a cold thing, let's say Ice, visualize the ice and energy around you fuse, and come into you, This is absorbing the energy.
Now, Once you made your Psi Ball with cold energy, You should feel cold coming from it, it might not be that cold yet, but it's a start, so, Next step is slowly crushing the psi ball, letting it's cold energy escape, so start visualizing that the psi ball is cracking as you slowly crush it, once you completely crushed the psi ball, you might have felt a slight change in the room temperature, as it has cooled down.
-Basic Pyrokinesis-
This is a lot like the basic Cryokinesis technique. So, Make a Psi Ball, but this time, think of heat energy coming into you, instead of normal or cold energy. Once you've got a good, dense Psi Ball made of Heat Energy, Start crushing it, just like you did with the basic Cryokinesis. If done right, instead of decreasing your room temperature, it should increase slightly. Once again, don't be depressed when it doesn't work, it might take practice!
-Basic Electrokinesis-
Make a Psi Ball out of sparks, so imagine sparks zapping into your body, make a psi ball out of it, Once you've done that, imagine the energy inside it expanding the outer layer, meaning that you should have your hands in the big Psi Ball. If done correctly, your hands will get heavy and a bit tingly, Be warned that this technique might be a bit harder than the previous ones.
-Basic Aerokinesis-
Step 1. Make a psiball out of energy like you always do, but this time, imagine it being wind as main source.
Step 2. Imagine the edge of the psiball being a shell, and inside, you can see wind twirling.
Step 3. Focus small openings in the outer shell, letting wind out.
Step 4. If done correctly, you might have felt wind sweep by your palms, cooling them down like a fan.
